Other Waiting Periods
- 1 year for manslaughter or criminal vehicular operation (Minn. Stat. §171.30, subd. 2a (4)).
- 6 months to 5 years for fleeing a peace officer (Minn. Stat. §171.174).
- 60 days for felony in commission of which a motor vehicle was used (Minn. R. 7409.1200)
- 60 days for leaving the scene of a personal injury accident (Minn. Stat. §171.30 subd. 2(2)).
